This is not my actual dog, just a picture of the same breed.  About the same size though.

"Miss Dixie Belle" is 2 months old and already weighs 10 lbs.   What do you all think??

Briscoe I love all animals, but that is a cute one, I would love to pick her up and give her a big hug.  :)

Mayberry After Midnight

Our sources tell us that a "May-December" romance is blooming up near the Darling cabin between a certain young lady from Newfoundland and an older gentleman from France!  Could love be in the air!  :-*

She'll get along with them now, while she is a puppy, but when she is grown, she won't pay 'em any attention.

Why thank you, Wheeler!  Right now you can hug her, but expect getting licked all over your face!    When she's grown, she'll slobber everywhere!   ;D

Thank ya' Uncle Nat!

She'll be able to!   A few years back, Newfoundlands were listed in the Guinness Book of Worlds Records as the worlds strongest breed of dog.  There was even a picture of one pulling a train car!!!   :o   So I guess my pickup would be a cinch.

Not imposing at all.  Just give "Dixie" about 10 more months when she's full growed and she'll be glad to pull some logs right alongside your donkey!   ;)
