One of these times I'll get to come, but can't this year.  It's a long way from home in Tulsa.

Are you goin in character Thel?

Is there a TAGSRWC secret hand shake or a rallying point for TAGSRWC forum posters to be able to identify each other?

Unfortunately I am not going to be able to attend Mayberry Days 2011 and I have 4 tickets to each of 4 events that I would like to sell. These are very good down front center section seat tickets that I bought from the Surry Arts Council back in December of 2010 for this years events. Here is what I have:

4 tickets-Karen Knotts-Tied Up In Knotts-Friday 12:30, Downtown Cinema , Center Section,  Row E

4 tickets-Doug Dillard Band Concert-Friday 7:00, Andy Griffith Playhouse, Center Section, Row D

4 Tickets-Professor Browers Lecture-Saturday, 2:00, Downtown Cinema, General Admission

4 Tickets-Colonel tim's Talent time-Saturday, 7:30, Andy Griffith Playhouse, Center Section, Row G

I will sell these tickets for their face value of $288 total same as I paid to Surry Arts Council. Any questions just email me. I also have reservations at the Best Western in Mt. Airy for thur., fri., sat. if the buyer of the tickets needs a place to stay. Two rooms, two queen beds each.

Yep, she's the one!!!

Suzanne Cupito is her birth name.  Morgan Brittany is her "Hollywood" name.  ;)

Thankfully, she won't be driving herself during the parade...

I think everyone will enjoy meeting Morgan.  At a TWILIGHT ZONE convention a few years ago, I had the pleasure to sit at her table during the banquet.  She's nice... real nice.

Thank goodness that was only a dream.  You know that wasn't an original idea, right?

In the sitcom, Green Acres, Season 2 Ep12 "A Square is not Round" (1966), the entire episode is filled with nonsense and farce, actually, more nonsense and farce than usual.  For instance, appliances and vehicles responding to number commands and chickens laying square eggs.  It even seemed over the top for even Green Acres.  The end of the show reveals that the entire episode had been a dream sequence, dreamed by Oliver.

Then in 1986, Dallas copies this plot device by revealing the entire previous season was a dream sequence in the opening episode of the 10th season "Return to Camelot 1"

Finally, in 1990, the last episode of Newhart, 'The Last Newhart' reveals that the entire  8 year series was a dream sequence of a previous television series, The Bob Newhart Show.

No one has been able to top that!

How about the Wizard of Oz.  Wasn't that a dream brought on by Dorothy's fall?  We watched it every time it came on Wonderful World of Disney, but never got to see the end b/c we had to leave for Sunday night services before it was over.  I've seen the beginning a whole lot more than the end, but I seem to remember it being just a dream with all the farm hands in it.
