Harry Morgan died December 7 at the age of 96.  Harry costarred with Don Knotts in THE APPLE DUMPLING GANG (1975) and THE APPLE DUMPLING GANG RIDES AGAIN (1979).

Well darn it. LOved him on Dragnet and MASH. I just watched a few episodes of MASH over the weekend for the first time in a few years. Got me wondering how he was doing.
R.I.P. Col. Sherman T. Potter.

I'm old enough to also remember him on both December Bride and Pete & Gladys. Quite an actor, and quite a career.

I use one of his MASH lines frequently when frustrated- "Oh, monkey muffins!" RIP Mr. Morgan, and thanks for making me smile.

RIP Mr. Morgan, you made me laugh in your comedies and enjoyed you in your dramatic roles.

Strange enough, I am a big fan of the Simpsons program. He played Gannon on one of the episodes where the FBI is looking for Homer Simpsons' fugitive mother. He was hilarious. One reason I like that show is that they never forget the old shows from my days.
