Title: Unseen TAGS?

I came across these shots from a short documentary titled, A Day In The Life of Shelden Leonard, included as a special feature in the box set of, The Dick VanDyke Show. The program, narrated by Arther Godfrey, follows Leonard around the Desilou studios as he checks in on several shows he had in production there simultaneously in 1965, including, TAGS, The Dick VanDyke Show and Gomer Pyle USMC. In the first pic, he and Andy are reviewing raw film shot earlier that day. In the shaving scene shown in the second pic, it sounds like Opie is saying, "But Pa, I thought the fella was supposed to be boss?" Griffith then says to Leonard, "I'd rather lose this scene and put back the other we had in earlier." The TAGS portion of the program ends there. I don't recall seeing this, but it would have been a color episode and I may have missed it. I would be interested to know what episode this was shot for.

The Bathroom scenes on TAGS were few and far betwixed. I'm sure someone will come up with it.

I'm not sure the broadcast episode was color. Opie is looking awful young here.

Very little, Shermy. Just showed Frank (Sgt. Carter) Sutton at a location shoot talking with Sheldon Leonard as he sat in a golf cart, which he used to get between the various shooting locations at the studio. No audio of their conversation, just Auther Godfrey's narration.
