Have been watching Ken Burns National Parks on PBS.

Have DVR set for Friday @ 8:00 PM on Turner Classic Movies for A NIGHT AT THE MOVIES: THE SUSPENSEFUL WORLD OF THRILLERS will look at thrillers from all sides, including different types of thrillers and the stylistic tools filmmakers use to give their audiences a shot of adrenaline.

And one more from TCM on Saturday morning for White Zombie (1932) starring Bela Lugosi, Madge Bellamy, John Harron.

Just received “Devil Girl from Mars” in the mail, it had been on back order from Amazon for months. Got an e-mail from them a couple of weeks ago saying they could not get it, so I finally found a little shop out in Hollywood that had a new unopened copy. I know what I will be watching Friday night. Cool

ALL THE KING'S MEN (1949)
FROM HERE TO ETERNITY (1953)

That's a good'un.  They let us watch it in the day room here at the nervous hospital, but they won't let us have guns for some reason.  You got any guns Briscoe?
