Yeah. Fred Boone said he was living with a rattlesnake.
That's no way to talk about your beloved, Fred.  Grin

He also said she was an old crow - - Caw! Caw! Caw!  He liked animals I guess.

Aww Lydia, give 'em a chance. My family used to think I was crazy liking snakes so much. I have 3 (that I know of) water moccassins in my pond in the back that I love watching during the summer (from afar of course). They've been there 4 or 5 years. They are such good hunters and I love watching them slide through the water. The frogs out there aren't as impressed as I am though. I named them Winken, Blinken and Nod.

I'm always hearing about snakes catching mice. Well, I'd much rather have mice. I don't like big snakes, little snakes, live snakes, dead snakes, poisonous snakes, non poisonous snakes-I DON'T EVEN LIKE STICKS THAT LOOK LIKE SNAKES------

Didn't Opie once say that you could put a horse hair in stagnation water and it would turn into a snake?

All of you anti-snakeys, read this about the problem with them in Hawaii. That could be very bad for the ecology there. http://news.yahoo.com/snakes-threaten-hawaiis-fragile-island-ecosystem-093254000...

It makes my skin crawl (no pun intended) just to READ about snakes!  Kill 'em all!  I'm an animal-lover but my gentle heart does not extend toward the creepie-crawlies.  Ewwwww...

Well, my plans to catch, then relocate it were thwarted.  In my absence, the snake made the mistake of slithering past my wife while she was carrying a hoe.

Long story short, some neighborhood cat ate well that night.
