This recipe is provided for all of those weekend dads who get stuck fixing dinner when the "lady" of the house is away.
Take your ordinary pot pie - actually Healthy Choice is the best as it's got the least "fat" content, and the most veggies.
Cook it according to the directions but about 5 minutes before it's done, add chopped onion and green pepper, as much as you want to pile on. Bake for another 5 - 10 minutes and then pile on your favorite cheese and slivered almonds and let that baked til melted.
It's gooooooooooooooooood.
