This is just a way to spice up a plain baked potato rather than just rubbin' a little butter on it before you bake it.
Rub butter on the potato, then sprinkle generously with salt, seasoned salt, pepper, garlic salt, and a dash of lemon pepper. Wrap in foil and bake as usual.
This sure makes them tater skins some gooooood eatin!
