1 lb. chipped ham
15 large potatoes
one third block of cheese
1 can mushroom soup
1 can mushrooms
diced green onions
salt and pepper
Peel potatoe and dice into bite sized cubes. bring to a boil removing from heat while potatoes are still a little tough. Drain about half of water, mix in remaining ingredients and return to medium heat. Allow to cook until potatoes are done and cheese is completely melted.
