sprinkle 2 Tablespoons salt over and let stand in fridge for 2 hours.
drain.
add together in saucepan:
2 cups cider vinegar
3 cups sugar
boil together.
pack cuke mixture in jars. pour vinegar mixture over. seal jars and freeze.thaw in fridge to eat.
