Banana Pudding (No Cook)

2 pkgs. Instant FRENCH VANILLA pudding (small)
2 3/4 cups milk
1 can Eagle Brand Condensed Milk
1 tsp. vanilla
1 Lg. Cool Whip
Bananas
Vanilla Wafers

Mix pudding with milk at low speed til thick. Add vanilla, mix well. Add Eagle Brand milk and 1/2 of Cool Whip to pudding. Mix well. Line Pyrex dish with vanilla wafers, then a layer of bananas, pour some of the pudding over top of bananas. Repeat with another layer, then top with remaining Cool Whip.
