INGREDIENTS:
1 cake of cornbread crumbled
Onions
Green onions
Bell peppers red and green
Salsa
Sour Cream
2 cans Pinto Beans
Mayo
Grated Cheese
Layer 1/2 of cornbread in bottom of a deep dish. Pour one can of beans over bread. Chop vegetables and put half over beans or according to your taste. Mix one cup of sour cream with jar of salsa and 1 cup of mayo. Pour half over veggies. Top this with grated cheese. Repeat layers ending with cheese. Let chill for several hours. The longer it chills, the better it is.
