Cat Fish Parmesan

catfish Parmesan

1 cup fine dry bread crumbs
1/3 cup grated parmesan cheese
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1/2 teaspoon paprika
2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley optional
1/2 teaspoon chopped fresh oregano optional
6 8 ounce Catfish fillets
1/2 cup butter or margarine melted

Stir together first five ingredients and if desired parsley and oregano. Dip
catfish in butter and dredge in bread crumb mixture. Place on a parchment
lined baking sheet. Bake at 375 for 25 minutes or until fish flakes with a
fork. Serves 4 to 6. Denise
