7 cups very thin sliced cucumbers
3 Med. onions sliced and seperated into rings
1 large green bell pepper cut in pieces
In a large bowl, mix the following ingredients:
4 cups sugar
2 cups white vinegar
2 Tbs salt
2 tsp. celery seed
Mix with cucumbers, onions, and peppers. ( Do not heat. )
Let stand 1 hour, refrigerate or freeze. Can be eaten right away.
