2 med. Tomatoes sliced
1/4 cup olive or veg. oil
1/4 tsp. dry oregano
1/4 tsp. garlic salt
2 soft breadsticks or Italian rolls
Place tomatoes slices in a bowl. In a small bowl whisk oil,oregano & garlic salt. Por over tomatoes; stir gently to coat. Cover and refregerate for 1 - 2 hours.
Serve with bread sticks or rolls for dipping into marinade. Yields 2 servings Enjoy !
