Ritz Crackers
1 cup chopped pecans
1 cup raisins (chopping optional)
1 can Eagle Brand Condensed Milk

Stir all together and cook on medium low, stirring constantly till thick (about 5-7 minutes). Remove from heat and let cool a few minutes. Spoon onto a Ritz cracker. Spread some cream cheese frosting on top. These crackers are pure heaven.

Can either use store bought frosting or make your own with:
1/2 stick melted butter
1 box powdered sugar
1 (8 oz) pkg. softened cream cheese
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. lemon juice

Combine all ingredients together and beat till nice and smooth.
