Chinese BBQ Pork

Chinese BBQ Pork

Marinade:
1/2 c. soy sauce
2 Tbs. peanut or sesame oil
1 1/2 Tbs. minced garlic
2 tsp. lime juice
2 tsp. rice-wine vinegar
1 1/2 tsp. ground ginger
1/2 tsp. sugar

1 pork tenderloin, about 3 lbs.

Mix all ingredients together. Place a well-trimmed pork tenderloin in a zip-lock plastic bag and pour in the marinade. Force out as much air as possible an place in refrigerator for at least 3 hours.
Grill the tenderloin, turning often, until internal temperature is 150F. Let stand for 15 minutes before slicing diagonally, very thin slices. Marinade remains may be mixed with equal volume of BBQ sauce and poured over the sliced pork before serving.
