Whipping Cream Biscuits

Whipping Cream Biscuits (for folks who think they can't make biscuits!)

2 cups Self-rising flour (White Lily if possible)
1 Tablespoon sugar
1 1/2 cups heavy whipping cream

Preheat oven to 500 degrees....
Mix all ingredients together and turn out onto lightly floured surface. Knead gently for 4 or 5 times until all holds together. Pat out into a 1/2 inch circle and cut into biscuits with cutter. Bake for 10 minutes or til golden brown.
These biscuits will melt in your mouth and are the easiest things I've ever baked. Heavenly!
