1 regular pie shell (thawed)
1 1/4 C sugar
3 1/2 T. cocoa
1/2 stick butter, melted
2 eggs
1 t. pure vanilla extract
2/3 C evaporated milk

Whisk together sugar and cocoa. Mix sugar and cocoa with other indredients..pour into shell and bake 275 for 45 min-1 hour.

You dont even need a mixer for this. I stir it all up in a bowl with a spoon/spatula.
