4-6 boneless chicken breast 2 cans cream of mushroom soup 3 T. butter 1 1/4 c. milk 1 1/2 c. velvetta cheese 2 c. cracker or bread crumbs Mix soup & cheese. Heat in microwave till hot about 3 1/2 min. Brown chicken breast in butter. Place browned chicken in casserole dish. Pour soup mixture over chicken. Top with crumbs. Bake at 350 for 30-40 minutes. Serve over rice. Serve side dish of broccoli. Use cheese gravy as a topping.
