1 lb. hamburger
1 medium onion/chopped
1 can Campbell's chicken Gumbo Soup (Hard to find in stores)
1 soup can water
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 soup can minute rice
1 cup grated Colby Cheese
Brown and drain hamburger. (If you don't drain, it'll lay on your chest)
Mix all ingredients, except cheese, together and simmer for 10 minutes.
Top with grated cheese. Cover with lid to melt the cheese. Turn off
heat and let sit for 10 to 15 minutes.
(I sometimes use just a splash more water than it calls for. It's also
just as good with sharp cheddar cheese)
It's easy, and it's gooooooooood!
