1 Cup Onion, Thinly Sliced
1 Cup Ripe Olives, Sliced
1 Cup Swiss Cheese, Grated
1 Cup Mayonnaise (Hellman's Lite is my favorite)
Mix all the ingredients together into a messy paste. Spread into a pie
plate or flat dish. Bake at 350 for 20-30 minutes. (It will begin to
bubble and turn light brown) Serve hot with those little slices of Rye
bread from Pepperidge Farms. It is fast and easy, and an excellent
appetizer to take to a party. You never have to take any home with
you.
