Creme Cheese Mixture
2 tbs. butter, 1 tb. corn starch,8 oz cream cheese, 1 egg, 1/4 c sugar
2 tbs. milk, 1/2 tsp. vanilla
Cream butter with cream cheese, sugar and corn starch. Add egg, milk
and vanilla. Beat at high speed until smooth. Set aside.
2 cups plain flour, 1/2 cups butter (room temperature), 2 cups sugar
1 1/3 cups milk, 1 tsp. salt, 2 eggs, 1 tsp. baking powder, 1/2 tsp.
soda, 4 envelopes of Nestle's Choco-Bake, 1 tsp. vanilla
Grease and flour bottom of 13 x 9 inch pan. Combine flour with sugar
and salt, baking powder, and soda in large mixing bowl. Add butter
and 1 cup milk. Blend well at lowest speed of mixer. Beat 1 1/2 min
Add 1/3 cup milk, eggs, choco-bake and vanilla. Continue beating 1 1/2
minutes. Spread half of batter in pan, spoon cheese mixture over batter, spreading carefully to cover. Top with remaining batter. Bake at 40 to 45 minutes or until cake springs back at 350. Cool and Frost
1/4 cup milk, 1 tsp. vanilla, 1/4 cup butter, 2 1/2 cups confectionary
sugar, 6 oz pkg chocolate morsels
Combine milk and butter in saucepan; bring to a boil. Remove from heat
Blend in chocolate morsels. Stir in vanilla and confectionary sugar. Beat until of spreading consistency.
