1 lb. gr. beef 1/2 c. chopped onion 1 envelope taco seasoning 4oz can shopped green chili's-drained 1 1/4 c. milk 3/4c bisquick 3 eggs 2 tomatoes 1 c. shredded chedder cheese Grease 10 " pie pan. Cook beef & onion til brown, drain. Stir in taco seasoning. Spread in pie pan. Top with green chilis. Beat Milk, baking mix, & eggs til smooth. Pour over beef mixture. Bake in 400 oven for 25 min. Top with cheese. Bake til cheese is melted [8-10 min.] Serve with lettuce, sour cream, tomato, taco sauce.
