1 8-oz. carton sour cream
1 8-oz. mayonnaise
1 small onion, chopped fine
1 Tbs. parsley flakes
1 tsp. dillweed
1 tsp. Beau Monde Seasoning

Mix all together and let stand overnight. Excellent vegetable dip for a social gathering (city officials will love it...just LOVE it.)
