Ingredients: 3 slices bacon, 240g honey peas, 240g frozen prawn
6 slices ginger,8 slices carrots, 1 tsp garlic
2 tbsp curry paste, 1/2 tbsp chinese wine or white wine
1 tbsp light soya sauce, little salt and pepper
1 tsp sugar, 3 tbsp chicken stock, 1 tsp sugar
1/2 tsp cornflour
Method: cut bacon into small pieces.
peel tendons of honey peas.
Rinse prawn,drain dry, blend well and marinade
Heat 2 tbsp oil, saute ginger,carrots and bacon.Stir in honey peas,add 3 tbsp chicken stock,fry till honey peas done.
Fry in prawn,blend in spring onion and the curry paste stir fry and serve hot.
