Hey Folks

Msg 67417- I would have left out the "... the geriatric, senile Mr Griffith" stuff but I agree with a lot of what you said, even the Porch here feels a little different to me. I don't know how someone can support Obama and, at the same time, long Mayberry. What Obama wants and Andy Taylor wanted are diametrically opposed to each other.

possum-Glad to see your last post, like M-T said, "the Lord works in mysterious ways."

Spot- I don't know if you get the History International channel there but "D-Day The Lost Evidence" is on until 11:00. It's been pretty good so far.

Been trying to start packing things up & get ready for the big move, but haven't gotten very far today. Mr. Neff & I spent most of the day lounging around on the couch watching movies on the SciFi channel. ;)
Hey to auh2o, Salty Dog, possum glad things are looking up for you! Hey to Ro & everyone else I might have missed. I'm gonna look for a snack, ran out of my Blueberry Frosted Mini Wheats so I'll have to find something else.
Night porch, sleep tight & don't let the bed bugs bite!

October 27, 2008 - Msg 67423: Good evening, all. Well, what the unsigned poster said resonates with all of us, or at least with most of us, I suppose. However, it has opened my eyes to something that I guess I should have known all along. All these years, it has not been Andy Griffith, necessarily, that I admired so much. It was Andy Taylor. I never really separated the two in my mind, but that video has caused me to do so, and that's probably a good thing. As for Opie/Ron Howard - he was an extremely bright and cute little kid, he was and is a good actor, and he obviously is a good director (Apollo 13). However, he lost me with "The DaVinci Code". I know, it was just a book, and just a movie, but I didn't appreciate it. I watched part of the film, skimmed the book, and walked away from both. So, it comes down to this. Mayberry, for me, is unchanged. Andy and Opie and Aunt Bee, and Barney and Goober and the gang still exist in my mind and heart. Nothing can take that away. All that has happened is that I've made the separation of the real people from the make-believe people, and that's probably a good thing. As has been stated here many times, Mayberry is a state of mind.

One more thing. While making the video might have been in poor taste, and an error in judgment, it is still the right of the three actors to think what they think and believe what they believe. The uncomfortable truth is that I probably would have had no objection at all to the video, had they been supporting Sen. McCain. Obviously the three men have been mesmerized by Mr. Obama's skillfully delivered, albeit empty, speeches, but they are most definitely not alone there.

None of this needs to change our porch, our perception of Mayberry, or the happy times we spend there, via our beloved reruns and DVDs. We just have to separate the characters from the very real people who portrayed them, people who possess the same human frailties and flaws that exist within all of us. Just as we allow each other to hold differing points of view, I suppose we must do the same for the actors.

Blessings, y'all! --Romeena

October 27, 2008 - Msg 67425: Good Morning Porch, hope all is well today.

Thanks for breakfast SPOT.

Chilly. windy with a few snow fluries around my end of the porch today. Busy week end for us this week end, kinda tired but working as usual.

I agree with Romeena, we should let folks have their own opinions and the right to express them as they see fit. Mayberry is a state of mind and those folks were characters we all fell in love with. I don't see letting my love for the show and those folks change my mind about them just because they choose freedom of expression/speech. I would want them to respect my rights as well.

Lunch menu will be:home made chili beans, shredded cheese, crackers or corn bread. tea, kool aid to drink. chocolate chip cookies or oatmeal rasin cookies for dessert. see you at lunch.

Prayers and blessing to all.

Big Maude

October 27, 2008 - Msg 67426: Exactly, Romeena..Mayberry is one thing, actors are another. Let's not forget what Mayberry had meant for all of us. That will never change. We have known things about the actors before, and it didn't change the show. There was the DaVinci Code, as you mentioned, rumors about how mean Frances B (aunt bee) could be to Andy, once someone talked about how rude Andy Griffith was when they met him on the street, and having seen some of the movies Andy has made in the past, I have kept him on a very "human" level. I have an appreciation for all the actors, but they are actors. The characters of Mayberry will always be just as they are. BUT, I have to say that "How they vote is their business, buddy!"...hehe (just a joke). Seriously, though, we all have family or friends who differ with our political opinions (my dear dad, for instance). Am I dissapointed in him or do I think less of him because of it? No, I'm used to it.

boo

October 27, 2008 - Msg 67427: Very well put Romeena. As usuall.
Auh2o, I sure hope it don't feel too different here for you. We are all still the same. Romeena's message is dead on, we need to seperate Andy Griffith from Andy Taylor. I think many of us are very edgy with this election and all that is on the line. We are seeing an economy that has us all on edge, and concerns on who is best equipped to deal with it. Many feel that the depression that began in 1929 would have been less severe and much shorter if the Govt. would have quit trying to fix it and let the market take care of itself. Not to say all the programs that came forth during that time were bad, but they perhaps should have had an experiation date on them. But other things the Govt. tried doing to fix things only made things worse and lengthened the event. Of course these are all suppositions on the part of historians and economic guru's, but when studied in depth at the very least suggest some true and honest consideration. And for many, that is one of several concerns we have with this election. The economy, the Military and protection of our Nation, and for some, a fundamental ideal of what Government is and should be in our lives. Some feel it should be our nurse maid, taking cars of us from cradle to grave. For others it is a nessecery evil and should be limited to the basics as illustrated in the consti-tution. For many, it's somewhere in between.
Oh well, enough out of me.
Have a good Monday Maybeery.

Asa

October 27, 2008 - Msg 67428: Well said, Maude.

Hey Asa, you make a very good point, also...."edgy" is a good way to describe it. I recently lost 8,000 dollars from my retirement account and Bruce has lost even more.

Please pray for Bruce today. He had been on some strong narcotics for weeks and I have been weaning him off since yesterday. He is going through some kind of withdrawels and feel terrible. I am giving him hefty doses of Advil to help but he looks pretty miserable. It's not so much the back pain, but the withdrawel symptoms for going off the narcotic. He has to do it now, though, before he really gets hooked. Thanks, friends.

Possum, glad things went better than anticipated with your husband.

Going to go ride bikes with Sean. He was upset last night because of being overweight and uncomfortable. We are going to try harder to get into shape.

October 27, 2008 - Msg 67432: Good morning everyone. Fair weather here. Hope it is where you are, too.

BOO: Prayers for Bruce this morning, and for Sean as well. It's great that you all are spending time together doing something fun and healthy. Of course, you could wash and iron my shorts. YOu know how much exercise you can get by beating shorts on a rock?

ASA: I think you said a mouthful. You are a wise man. Even if you do let your bullets get green. I will have to disagree about your assessment of the Depression, but that's an academic debate good people can disagree on.

ROMEENA: Your comments about Mayberry were spot on. We shouldn’t mix up the show with reality. It’s far easier to “act” perfect than actually “be” perfect.

ASA, I wasn’t ignoring your questions last week, but I really can’t defend Obama’s positions simply because I don’t agree with them.

I divide political ideology into two distinct categories: “moral” issues (abortion, etc.) and political/economic issues. I regard the former much differently than the latter. On what I regard as moral issues, I cannot be moved. There’s just no wiggle room there. However, while I am usually pretty entrenched in my opinions on other issues (imagine that!), they don’t cause me to lose sleep. Can you espouse giving green cards out like candy and be a moral person? Yep. Can you believe that we need to raise taxes and be a person of faith? Yes sir. Can you be a socialist and be a patriotic American? Absolutely. I may not (and don’t) agree with any of these positions (well, I have been called a socialist by some people who shall remain nameless!), and consider them vitally important issuers, but believe that honest, thinking people can disagree with me and not necessarily be considered stupid or mesmerized. As I’ve stated before, I know people who genuinely believe that Obama is correct in many of his positions and they have rational arguments to defend their positions. I don’t cotton to ‘em, but I understand them.

Now, I do think that there are many out there who are voting for Obama because they like the “image” that is being presented and haven’t thought deep about the issues. But I guarantee there are plenty of people out there who are voting for McCain simply because they don’t like that image. Shallowness and gullibility are not limited to liberals, though I will admit Obama’s charisma does draw more than the usual. But I can’t just dismiss every Obama supporter as deluded, foolish, or unintelligent. Even more strongly, I won’t call then un-American or unchristian.

It’s no secret I won’t be voting for Mr. Obama next week. I don’t think he’s right for our country. I will add one to the McCain side, and gladly, because he’s more in line with my thinking (bucket or not). I will be very happy if Mr. McCain wins. But it won’t be the end of the world if he doesn’t.

See y’all at lunch!

Me-They

October 27, 2008 - Msg 67433: Watched the Ron Howard vid... It hurts. It's like seeing your parent dating someone else after a divorce. I realize the difference in the actors and the characters. But, the show is more than just a show... it's how I try to live my life... good values and principles. I want so badly to believe that the actors were not merely portraying characters but rather expressing an art/expression they naturaly felt and believed in. Much like when I learned years ago about the relationship between Andy Griffith and Francis Bavier being tensious. I can't watch Andy Taylor give Aunt Bee a hug or a kiss on the cheek now without imagining the actor's real feelings about each other.

As I said... it just hurts. And, I don't want to say that either one... Obama or McCain... is the holder of values near and dear to Mayberry. But, truths are clear. Obama's focus is not on preserving heritage and family values... even if he agrees with those values. He will never stand up and proclaim those values for fear of offence.

Anywho... don't want to turn political, I'm just tarnished and can't get these disturbances out of my mind to enjoy the simplicity that I once knew as Mayberry.

God Bless you all.

October 27, 2008 - Msg 67434: Charisma?...Obama has Charisma? I just don't see it, I guess. Lots of folks do, It seems. I dis some research on some abortion practices in this country, particularly live-birth and partial-birth abortions, and the stats for each. I have to go with a president that I hope will appoint the kind of supreme court judges who will not support such practices and what they call "freedoms". Enough said about that.

Thanks for the prayers for Bruce.

The bike ride was difficult due to the windy conditions today! It was good for us, though. I kept thinking like "The Little Engine that Could"..."I think I can. I think I can. I KNOW I can...".

Better go beat some shorts on a rock now.

I may be speaking out of turn and I do not wish to offend anyone but I am tired of being told by the media that I don't live in the real America, that my views do not count and the election is all but over because the big political maps say it is so. I am no lover of McCain but I can wash down his views much better than I can BarryO's. I think if he such a great man - then why is he throwing millions of dollars away every month for one more politcal ad. If he truly cares for people as he says, then why isn't he donating some of those millions people have sent him to a worthwhile charity? It is stupid spending of money. That probably bothers me more than anything right now. The economy is horrible and if we put all of BarryO's 30 second commercials from the month of September together - it would last for 17 days! Possum--are you ABSOLUTELY sure that you saw your husband's breathalizer sheet? The only reason i ask is because his story of the whole thing sounds exactly like that of my aa brother, who i later found out was lying just to try to save face. I think you should double-check on that,
because, as you know, alcoholics can became pretty darn good liars. But, on the other hand, i pray that it is as YOU say.
Well, I traded some horesehairs for a smashed penny yesterday after service! ha
On the actors vs character thing, i remember how disappointed i was when i heard that actress Joanna Moore, who played Miss Peggy, was really
living a life quite opposite of whom she portrayed as Miss Peggy. Here is a quote from her bio off of wikipedia:
"The marriage was tempestuous and the couple separated in early 1966.
Around the time of the separation, Moore began to abuse alcohol and drugs, namely amphetamine. She continued to land acting roles, but her depression worsened over her impending divorce. In 1967, O'Neal and Moore's divorce became final, and O'Neal quickly married actress Leigh Taylor-Young."
So yes indeed, as much as we want to think that the actor is like the person they are portraying, it obviously is not the case. I recall the two episodes where Andy's hand is bandaged, it was because he threw his fist thru a wall!
So, I guess we are all human. If I had done acting as my chosen profession, I would like to think that my roles would have all been good guys, and that i would have stuck to my convictions, but then again maybe not. Maybe I am analzing this whole thing too much, but i still try to think of Andy, the man, as the same kind of antic-filled, preachin' lovin' man that he protrayed on the show.
Darn election season sure brings it all out, dont it!
God bless,

October 28, 2008 - Msg 67468: Well, I just watched the local news and found out that one of my best friends (for 20+ years) was arrested today for the s#xual assault of a minor. It seems he hired a 14 year old boy to mow his lawn, invited him inside, drugged him, and the kids woke up to find he was being assaulted. The report said that they found evidence in the home that this was not the first time and also mentioned that there had been an incedent several years ago involving the "unlawful restraing of an adult male"..that victim can't be found now. I just don't know what to think. He is the same friend I mentioned not long ago who went into rehab. He was so depressed and filled with self-hatred, attempted suicide and now the pieces of the puzzle are coming together. I know he was molested as a child (not an excuse). What tears me up is that he had a foster-son for years. No telling what that poor child went through. I am just sick about it. Some of you may remember him...he posted for a little while a few years ago...he called himself "Boo-Hoo".

Better go to bed. It's getting late...I feel like I have lost 2 good friends now.

October 28, 2008 - Msg 67469: Good grief, Boo. Of all things! You're right - the pieces fit now, don't they? This poor old sin-sick world!

It's a bit fall-y here, too. 44 degrees! My pansies and snapdragons are loving it! The petunias will be a bit dazed in the morning, but they'll snap out of it when the sun warms them up. Wimps.

My family were all Democrats way back there, too - voted for Kennedy, etc. As has been said before, we never left the party, the party left us - went chasing off to the left, and we just couldn't swallow that. To people who worked hard, who survived the depression and who went hungry before they'd stand in a bread line, the notion of handouts, welfare checks and the dole to able-bodied people just stank, and they wanted no part of it. Their descendants still don't, not even when you call it "redistribution of wealth". If you think I'm opinionated right now, you should hear some of my cousins.

Well, I'd better get to bed. I'll be going to vote in the morning, then have a 3-hour CPR recertification class in the afternoon, then work tomorrow night. Wednesday is packed with preparations for the Mayberry Cruise, so the sleep I get tonight will be all until Wednesday night. Yuck.

Be blessed, everyone. --Romeena

October 28, 2008 - Msg 67472: Thank you for your prayers. It is upsetting, but I am also very thankful that I had the instinct (or the Lord protected us) not to ever leave any of my children in his home, or he was never alone with them. One summer, Sean and Jorge were friends and Jorge had wanted Sean to come and spend the night but I didn't like that idea, so Jorge always came to our house. I always had the doubts in the back of my mind and even questioned my friend outright about it. He always denied it, of course. It is really something how you can know a person so well and for so long and not know they are doing something like that. Pedophiles can hide it very well. I guess that is why they always say that abuse usually comes from someone you know and trust. Anyway, he is charged with a second degree felony and could get up to 99 years. Since it will be the first time he has been arrested for such, I am afraid he might get a slap on the hand and probabtion, which would be the worst possible thing.

Snow, Salty? How beautiful. Sure wish it snowed here.

So you "woke awake" SPOT?...(as opposed to waking asleep?)..hehe. Good mornin' to ya, my friend.

Better get Erin ready for school. I have Baby Emily to take care of today (yippee..can't wait to see her little chicklet smile and get me a kiss).

Boo

October 28, 2008 - Msg 67473: Good morning porchters.
My goodness Salty, it's a little early for snow in your neck of the woods, ain't it? We got dumped on 2 weeks ago big time, but it has turned off extra nice again. Been in the 70's all week. Just love it. Perfect is what it is. OK enough of that. Even high schoolers don't talk about the weather.

N.N. Tell Courtney hey. Glad she is doing good. I had the great honor of meeting New Neighbor and her Daughter Courtney several years ago when they came out here to enroll her in a nearby University. Wonderful folks.

Hey C.D. Where you hiding?

Boo, that is so very sad to read about your friend. That thing seems to be a plauge in our day and age.

Hey to everyone else. Gotta get going.

Asa

P.S. I am planning a new softball team to gather after the holidays, so you best show up in shape and ready to work!

October 28, 2008 - Msg 67474: Please pray for my Laci. For her safety & well being, and happiness. Please friends. I can't explain,Ro knows-perhaps she will fill in some of the blanks. Just a lot of turmoil in Laci's life right now. Perhaps that's all should be said. Prayers PLEASE.
love you all- possum

October 28, 2008 - Msg 67475: Good Morning, Asa
Sorry for the absence from the porch. I've been trying to find a part-time job.
Prayers for all the porchsters who need them, seems like all of us.
Gotta go. Be back later.

October 28, 2008 - Msg 67476: Good morning, friends. Yes, Possum has shared some of the details, but I don't feel it's my place to do so here. Suffice it to say that prayers are definitely needed. Pray for strength and peace for Possum, for balance and mental stability for her daughter, for wisdom and courage for her daughter's husband, and most of all, for God's protection over little Laci, mentally, spiritually and physically. The situation is serious, is likely to get worse before it gets better, but God is in control.

Boo, your story is a prime example of how God can protect us. As you said, He was at work in the situation with that man, and kept you from ever allowing him to be alone with Sean. I am so thankful for that!

Now I've got to run. I'm going to try to get my voting done, then have to be at the hospital at 1:00 for CPR recert, then have to work tonight. I'm getting too old for this.

Blessings to you all, I pray! --Romeena

October 28, 2008 - Msg 67478: Hello to my porch friends-
I am looking for a part-time job to help get my grandsons some Christmas presents. Times are a little tough right now for their parents, so I'm trying to help them(my son is going to help, too). Thanks for the concern.
Wow, MDC, 1.97? If memory serves me correctly, it hasn't been that price since the 90's, right?
I'll remember everyone in prayer today, especially possum.
Love and blessings to all..

Hello porch family....It's been a few days since I checked in and yep still on the road. Turned cold in the motorhome this morning. Had to turn up the heat. Still in La.

OK MDC......I'm reporting in for the shakedown.

Baseball fans....we will have to wait to see the outcome of last night's game.

Spot...thanks for the UPS meals.....keep'm coming.

Folks, we have been saying this for a while but we just need to remember to keep praying for our country. There is so much hate being displayed now and I'm afraid it's going to get worse. If ever before, Christians better be TRUE CHRISTIANS.

So many prayers listed through the archives. I was praying for them as I checked back through them and will continue.

Be sure to tell someone about Jesus today. They're life may depend on it!

October 28, 2008 - Msg 67481: Well, I got my voting done. Only took about fifteen minutes, so I came back home. Got to head for the hospital pretty quick, for CPR recert class. Poor little Starr. The next ten days or so are going to be hard on her. I'll be gone more than I'm here until Friday, then I'll leave and be gone until the following Thursday. She's going to be a sad little puppy. She's really very deeply attached, bless her sweet heart. My friend will be good to her, but she works full-time, so Starr will be alone all day. Poor baby. But then Mom will come home, and I'll be here for a few days before going back to work. She'll survive.

Well, gotta run. I have to pick up some prescriptions before class, so better get going. Peace, friends. And pray! --Romeena

October 28, 2008 - Msg 67482: Good afternoon my family, Possum, bless your heart dear, you are in my prayers, as well as Laci. Well the snow finally stopped just before noon, thankfully nothing stuck, but a few areas around here saw about four inches of that stuff. Yes it's very early for snow on my porch, not used to it yet. Hope ya'll have a good afternoon. Salty Dog

October 28, 2008 - Msg 67483:
Hey Folks

Salty it's snowing here also. They're calling for us to get 6 inches, or so, then it's suppose to warm-up a bit.

Possum-You sure have had some trying times, of course you're in my prayers, your family and Laci.

Boo-Prayers to you also friend. I'm glad to hear you listened to your instincts. I have a similar suspicion regarding one of my daughter's friends parents. I've only told my wife but something ain't right over there.

Rev-Very true.

October 28, 2008 - Msg 67484: You know, if you feel it, you're probably right Auh2o. Do you let your daughter go over to his house?

Praying for Laci and all involved. Poor Possum is really going through some intense trials right now.

Awww, poor little Starr. I wish we were neighbors so I could keep her on the nights you work, Ro. She would have a wonderful time with Gizzy.

Been a busy day...Emily is still here and I am worn out. I took her to the grocery store today and that sweet little thing just smiled and waved at people in the store. It was so cute. Better get going.

Boo

October 28, 2008 - Msg 67485: Hey Possum, I am sorry to read there are even more things going on in your life. Prayers for you and Laci and all involved.

Boo, how's Brucew doing? I think I'm fortunate in that I can't take any drugs for my back because of my work. Working with 480 volt power all day, plus often times doing it 40 feet in the air, we have to be clean all the time and get randomly selected to whiz in a bottle to prove it. I have not found any pain pills that do any thing for me anyway, other than make me sick.

Auh2o, hold you head up... ohhhh hold your head up.....oh hold your head up..... oh HOLD YOUR HEAD UP. (Remember that song by Argent I think it was?)

Salty Dog, so good to see you back here. We sure did miss yer face.

CD, What a good Grandma you are. Just don't overdo it.

Your right on Rev. Prayers are needed more than ever.

Ro, I voted last Friday. Glad to get it out of the way. I think election day is gonna be wild and wooly.

MDC, I live in a small farming community about 40 miles north of Salt Lake City. I have the Great Salt Lake to my west and the majestic Wasatch mountains to my east.

Well best get back to work.

October 28, 2008 - Msg 67487: Bruce is feeling MUCH better today, ASA (thanks for asking). He saw the back doc again today and told him he wanted NO narcotics of any kind, so the doc gave him a prescription for 800mg of Motrin. He also ordered PT and told he couldn't go back to work until her gives him the OK on November 13th...(hope I can last that long...haha). He looks alot better, though.

I am supposed to take my parents to early voting tomorrow. Hope there won't be a line.

Good to see ya, REV.

October 28, 2008 - Msg 67492: Afternoon porch, wanted to stop by & sit with my friends for a while. I woke up not feeling so hot today & I'm a little on the "whiney" side. The Doc upped my Toprol & it's making me feel bad. Why is it, meds that are supposed to be good for you, make you feel bad first? I remember feeling like this when he first put me on it. Prayers for you & your family possum you know where I am if you need anything. MDC $1.97 a ding? Where does your porch sit again? We have $2.32 a ding here in NE TN. I have a ham in the crockpot if anyone is interested. Supper will be at 6:00. I'll send you a big plate Rev. I was going through some things to start packing for our move & hit the jackpot. I found all my grandmother's recipes, I knew I had them, but couldn't remember where I had put them, seems I put them up for safe keeping, you know how that goes. Anyway, this one is simple but oh so good!
1 3 lb ham
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 cup Coke or Pepsi
Mix pop & brown sugar together, pour over the ham, cook on high for 5 hours.
Can't get much easier than that. Gonna have baked potatoes & corn on the cob to go with it.
Would someone bring some sweet tea? And we'll go to Dairy Queen for dessert.
Prayers for all ya'll

Well, the outfit that was suppose to start remolding our house today put us off until Friday. I don't get it, we are said the be in the worst economy in the history of economies, on top of that, I live in the poorest county in the state, and people in construction business are still too busy to work on our home. Gee, maybe we can't believe everything we read, how disconcerting.

Asa-I do remember that song but I didn't recall the band. And, I must say, you are in fine voice today. Maybe you and Rev can get a duet going?

Mavis- MDC is out Arizona way.

Boo- Nope, my girl don't hang out over there anymore.

Spot-That sounds great.

I have to tell ya'll this one. When I was dropping my daughter off at the elementary school (she volunteers there) before she got out of the car she told me she got "freaked out" today in school. I asked what freaked her out and she said, "I found out today that Bobby Joe was a girl." I don't know if that says more about Bobby Joe or my daughter. I laughed all the way home.

auh2o

October 28, 2008 - Msg 67497: Interesting comment...might want to question her a little more, AUH2o...Crazy about the construction business. I have heard all kinds of stories like that from people.

I'm off to a meeting, see ya'll later--Salty Dog

October 28, 2008 - Msg 67500: Evenin' Porch,
I just knew after seeing the Opie and Andy video on ET that the porch would be just in an uproar. I like what Romeena said about it. Still, whenever things are going on in mine or the boys lives I put on a TAGS dvd for help. It may be fictional, but its a good fiction that sometimes is better than our own realities.
Boo & Possum- Prayers for y'all's families.
Hope everyone else is doing well.
Blessings to you and yours,
~Lucy
PS Do unto others as you'd have them do unto you-not do unto others because they did them TO you. Love y'all

October 28, 2008 - Msg 67501: I am so very grateful for the support I get from all of you.I am really going through something here. Bottom line,my daughter has left her husband and taken Laci with her.Another person is involved and me & my entire family is just crushed and worried about Laci's well being. I really feel my daughter needs mental help-suspect she is bipolar.Laci used to be just 7 miles from me and all her family. Now she is in a town some 30 miles away-I don't even know where.
My daughter did leave a message on my machine that Laci was fine, was in her new room taking a nap.I pray Laci WILL be fine. Been talking to God a lot and He told me that He has Laci in His hands, that she is always safe there and that He holds her even tighter when I am unable to.And that my daughter will "crash & burn" so I need to hold on & keep it together-I will need to be strong when that happens. So,I am hanging in there-barely.This is a living nightmare. Please continue with your prayers for my grandbaby Laci. And,from the bottom of my heart-thank you friends.
Oh,I think she is bringing Laci back tomorrow to see us all.She told someone she would.I'll be so happy to hug that child! I'll update y'all when I can.Love to all.
