Matlock's cursing and Aunt Bee

I hear Matlock on occasion use the words "jack---", "d---", and "h---". One would wonder how Aunt Bee would react to Andy Griffith using profanity? I've heard that Francis Bavier hit Jack Dodson on the head with an umbrella for using profanity on the set of The Andy Griffith Show, so she would probably have given Matlock a hard time too.
