I have heard that there is a Matlock episode where Matlock puts his client on the stand and does not ask them any questions. He then argues in closing that the prosecutor has not made his case because he didn't ask the defendant any questions. I'm trying to track this episode down for a legal case I'm working on. Can anyone help me?
