1 - 8 oz. cream cheese (softened)
1 tsp. accent
1 tsp. minced onion
1 tsp. worchestshire sauce
some chopped ham (Carl Buddig or Country Club pkg. or some shaved ham from the deli & some folks like beef instead)

Put about half of the ham or beef in the rest of the ingredients. Mix and shape into a ball on a plate, place remaining pieces of ham or beef on the cheese ball. Refrigerate. Serve with some crackers! Mmmm good!
