1 lb hot sausage
2 8 oz packages of cream cheese (softened)
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 can Rotel Green chilies and tomatoes
This can be done on the stove top, but I like to cook it in my crock pot.
Brown sausage/drain. While the sausage is browning, put the cheeses in the crock pot on High. After they have softened some, add the Rotel. Stir often to melt the cheese. When sausage is done, add it to cheese mixture. Cook on High till mixed thoroughly...stir often. Turn back to low while serving. Serve with Tostitos.
